Job summary

DSM-Firmenich in Lakeland, FL is hiring an Associate Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). You will perform material handling, weigh and pack orders, offload raw materials, and maintain accurate records in SAP and SOPs.

You’ll work closely with production, quality, HS&E, maintenance and logistics to keep operations safe and efficient. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred; familiarity with SAP and MS Office helps, and PPE is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred and able to use tablet devices on the line.

Responsibilities

• Perform all material handling functions according to procedures and training.
• Maintain accurate documentation records for forklift inspection, batch sheets, deliveries, and shipments.
• Offload raw material into storage and weigh/pack orders per instructions.
• Follow inspection procedures for containers prior to filling.
• Stage empty packing containers, setup pumps and hoses, and manage inventory of finished products.
• Take samples for testing, prepare product labels via SAP, and ensure correct shipping containers.
• Keep work area clean and safe, adhere to HS&E regulations, and notify logistics of issues.
