Job summary

CFAN Company is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Leader to join the Production Control Team. This role oversees warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, movement, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop stockroom staff, lead Kaizen/CI initiatives, and ensure timely material delivery to production while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years direct leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Warehouse/Stockroom personnel.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipment of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transaction integrity.
• Lead daily Tier 2 meetings and escalation processes.
• Develop staffing plans and manage labor utilization.
• Monitor and improve inventory record accuracy (IRA).
• Ensure material availability for production requirements.
• Drive compliance with cycle count procedures and audit standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain warehouse operating procedures.
• Manage warehouse/stockroom space utilization and storage optimization.
• Own warehouse/stockroom safety performance and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize ERP and WMS systems to drive operational effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and safety.
• Develop team capability through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support annual physical inventory activities and external audit requirements.
