Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am) to coordinate daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach staff, and support process improvements focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities include monitoring floor operations, real-time problem solving, and planning with supervision, with possible production work using a forklift or electric pallet jack to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment, including electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor operations on the warehouse floor and provide real-time problem-solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Support production work using forklift or electric pallet jack as needed.
