Responsabilités

• Direct, supervise, and mentor 2nd shift warehouse personnel for D2C fulfillment.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage daily package handoffs and software integration with UPS and FedEx.
• Drive team engagement, track performance, and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate handoffs between shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
