Randstad USA in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Leader to direct and mentor 2nd shift warehouse personnel within the D2C fulfillment department. You will oversee order fulfillment, carrier handoffs, and safety while ensuring daily SLAs are met.

The role requires 4 years of warehousing/leadership experience and a High School diploma. Strong communication and cross-team coordination are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Department Leadership: Direct, supervise, and mentor 2nd shift warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth workflows and high productivity across the D2C fulfillment department.
• Order Fulfillment & Operations: Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet daily D2C service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Logistics & Carrier Management: Manage daily package handoffs and software integration with shipping carriers, primarily UPS and FedEx.
• Team Management & Safety: Drive team engagement, track team performance, enforce safety standards, and maintain an organized, clean workspace.
• Cross-Shift Coordination: Maintain flexible availability to coordinate with morning leadership and ensure seamless handoffs between shift teams.
