General Floor in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for the 2nd shift to lead our distribution center. You will supervise a team, drive safety, accuracy, and on-time shipments while maintaining productivity and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and accountability. Ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in high-volume warehouses, forklift experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse supervisory or management experience in a distribution or high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability to drive performance.
• Experience managing order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and lift up to 65 lbs as needed.
• Reliable transportation and availability for Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the 2nd shift warehouse team to achieve daily goals.
• Oversee order picking, packing, verification, and staging for on-time shipments.
• Monitor productivity and workflow; identify efficiency improvements.
• Set expectations, coach, and hold the team accountable for performance, accuracy, attendance, safety.
• Maintain order accuracy and safe product handling; minimize damage.
• Ensure safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and warehouse performance.
• Own 2nd shift operations and prepare for the next business day.
