Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a skilled warehouse supervisor to lead a team and ensure that company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. The role involves supervising staff, managing shipments, inventory, and production scheduling, and reporting to plant management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse leadership, experience with WMS, and strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments; organize merchandise; maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete assignments while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
