Collectivus Holdings in St. Louis, MO is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment operations within D2C/B2B environments and ensure accurate, on-time order processing.

The role focuses on coaching frontline associates, optimizing staffing, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the warehouse floor. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to meet daily targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

2–4 years of warehouse or distribution experience with prior lead or supervisory responsibility.
Experience in high-volume fulfillment (D2C, B2B, or distribution environments preferred).
Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

Own daily execution and performance results for assigned vertical.
Responsible for allocating labor and adjusting staffing within assigned area based on daily priorities.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Manage workflow across assigned functions (picking, packing, shipping, and/or receiving).
Supports a multi‑channel environment and may be reassigned based on daily operational priorities.
Adjust staffing and priorities in real time based on volume and service level needs.
Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates on the floor.
Set clear expectations for productivity, quality, and attendance.
Provide real‑time feedback and address performance issues promptly.
Support onboarding and training of new hires.
