Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Second Shift Operations Leader to direct inbound and outbound warehouse activities. You will supervise front-line supervisors, mentor hourly associates, and steer productivity improvements while ensuring OSHA safety compliance and policy adherence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of distribution leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to lead projects and drive results with ownership.
• Experience interpreting data to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound operations and frontline supervisors.
• Mentor and develop hourly associates for performance and career growth.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in the distribution center.
• Plan schedules and assign duties to handle fluctuating workloads.
• Analyze data to drive productivity improvements and efficiency.
