Job summary

Goodin Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the 2nd shift to oversee warehouse operations, improve profitability, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and staff performance to deliver reliable service.

You will coordinate with other departments, implement efficient layouts, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining accuracy and cost control. Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of OSHA/DOT standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar position (4 years preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in progressive position (4 years preferred).
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory evaluations and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Prioritize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
