Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Garland, TX seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and drive performance. You will supervise staff, coordinate resources, and optimize inventory movement while maintaining a productive, compliant work environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS/SAP and RF scanning, and a commitment to achieving KPI targets in a fully onsite setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required with some post-secondary education.
• 3+ years prior supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Supervisory skills and techniques; ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Forklift experience preferred; knowledge of WMS, SAP and RF scanning.
• Strong communication, time management and data reporting skills.
