Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate shipments. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will supervise receiving, packing, and shipping, enforce safety procedures, and drive continuous improvement in workflows. Candidates should have leadership experience, WMS familiarity, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience; 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign tasks and provide directions to warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor workflows and adjust to support changing priorities or workloads.
• Lead, motivate, and train warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote skill development and accountability.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Support onboarding of new employees and adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipping documentation.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
