Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and support performance improvement actions.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean 7S-aligned environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
