Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations on 2nd shift in Matteson, IL. You will assign tasks, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across the team.

Role requires 3+ years in warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operation, and strong communication. On-site with competitive pay and benefits; schedule may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related warehouse experience required.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign tasks.
• Monitor floor operations and provide real-time support.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of activities.
• Perform production tasks using material handling equipment.
• Coach, train and develop staff; ensure safety and quality.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across shifts.
