Monroe Truck Equipment, part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, is seeking a Lead to drive daily operational excellence in Monroe, WI. This role translates organizational strategy into direction and execution on the shop floor while fostering a culture of accountability and quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, assigning duties, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with various departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing operating systems.
• Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to work safely with various tools and machinery.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties and examine work for exactness and neatness.
• Troubleshoot issues and confer with supervisors to resolve problems.
• Identify and move unfinished and finished products as necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and inspections are performed.
• Collaborate with other departments to strengthen operational alignment.
