Dexter is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead for the Springfield Distribution Center to lead a team in receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety on the shift while coordinating tasks and communicating with supervisors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, solid warehouse experience, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dexter offers stable employment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred.
Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors.
