Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse work with leadership experience, plus knowledge of WMS and RF scanners. Must lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors.
