Dexter is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead for the Springfield Distribution Center in Missouri. You will lead and support warehouse associates, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years in warehouse or distribution, experience supervising a team, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanners. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs and uphold safety policies while collaborating with supervisors.

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong communication and problem solving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts
• Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors
