Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Cranbury, NJ to support inbound/outbound activities and ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. The role involves choosing, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment within a dynamic distribution setting.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and work a Monday–Friday evening shift with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Overtime readiness required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, loading and shipment prep.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
