Job summary

AGCO seeks a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am), Monday-Friday, in Batavia, IL. You will supervise outbound operations, direct check-in, packing, and processing, and ensure inventory integrity using WMS and RF devices.

This is an onsite role with a strong emphasis on safety and team performance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–12 months in packaging or warehouse work, with solid leadership and communication skills and the ability to coach a team in a

Qualifications

• Requires ability to coach and lead a team; strong communication with staff.
• Must perform basic arithmetic and understand English instructions.
• Experience in a packaging/warehouse environment is preferred (3–12 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks in Batavia outbound including check-in, matching, sorting, packing, and processing.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF devices as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff, ensure safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Report safety concerns and equipment issues to Supervisor promptly.
