Responsibilities include managing the workforce, tracking labor hours, developing staff, enforcing safety, and driving efficiency. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 1–3 years of related experience required, with 5 years in manufacturing/3PL valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience managing in production/warehouse/manufacturing/3PL preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, databases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; meet deadlines.
• Experience operating power industrial truck.

Responsibilities

• Meets customer production and delivery; assures workforce meets benchmarks.
• Insures finished material is documented and accounted for.
• Manages workforce; tracks labor hours.
• Trains and develops workforce; communicates during shifts.
• Leads a safe working environment and promotes safety practices.
