Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Warehouse Laborer position to join our Nottingham, PA team! The role offers up to a $250.00 retention bonus.

Schedule & Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• Shift: 3:30pm - 3:30am
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands

$16.65 - $20.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in wet/humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.

Key Responsibilities

• Stack and organize cases, boxes, and trays; pick orders; remove cardboard from trailers.
• Sort and place materials on shelves or bins based on size, type, color, or product code.
• Move pallets using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Accurately count and record materials and items for distribution.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate kicker stations on chip and snack lines; ensure air is turned off before clearing jams.
• Enter and track manufacturing data in ERP system: production orders, materials, finished goods, raw usage, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Complete additional ERP duties and tasks as assigned.
