Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift to handle administrative duties related to receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping and invoicing of our customers' inventory. You will work directly with the warehouse leadership team, employees and customers.

This role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data entry.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education/work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with transportation, management, coworkers and customers.
• Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools.
• Monitor damaged or on-hold product and notify vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with customers on needs and timely responses.
