ODW Logistics, Inc is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support receiving, storing, shipping, and invoicing for our customers. You will collaborate with warehouse leadership, drivers, and customers to ensure accurate transactions and timely communication.

The role emphasizes data entry, use of Warehouse Management System AS400, MS Office, and strong service orientation. Minimum 1–2 years in customer service; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; data entry and internet application experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation (receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirmations).
• Communicate effectively with transportation, management, co-workers and customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools.
• Monitor damaged or on-hold products, notify vendors and work with OFRs.
• Collaborate with customers on needs, including workflow organization and timely response times.
• Research, resolve and communicate customer, inventory, order and inbounds discrepancies.
• Complete daily/monthly customer reporting documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
