Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of scheduling experience preferred.

• Knowledge of JDE and shipment procedures.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Check in truck drivers and vendors and answer phones.
• Create Picks and Packs, Ship Supports in JDE; enter appointments and orders.
• Coordinate transfers and receive orders; communicate with staff.
• Assign loading doors based on loading efficiency and resolve shipment issues.
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain safety in the warehouse.
• Keep areas clean, follow safety rules, and perform other duties as assigned.
