Responsibilities

• Communicates and coordinates all areas within warehouse operations.
• Monitors and supports the warehouse team and SOP adherence.
• Applies company policies to complete assignments.
• Performs and coordinates warehouse activities.
• Serves as primary contact for internal and external warehouse operations.
• Provides guidance and training to others as needed.
• Works on complex problems with initiative to resolve issues.
• Makes recommendations for new or revised processes and participates in implementation.
• Adheres to quality guidelines.
• Operates with minimal supervision and exercises independent decision-making.
• Ensures all QAD/JDE transactions are completed timely; investigates inaccuracies.
