Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a reliable Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team on 2nd shift in Claymont, DE. The role serves as the main contact between customers, warehouse operations, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics and on-time shipments.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, and work orders.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments using the Dock Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate communication between customers, brokers, freight forwarders, warehouse operations, and accounting teams.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and service issues in a professional manner.
