Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is hiring for a Fulfillment Center Associate II. The role handles warehousing duties, operates material handling equipment, and uses RF scanners to process inventory.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork to meet shipping deadlines. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with a starting pay of $21.50 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operating equipment; comply with safety regulations.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklift, order picker or reach truck preferred.
• Able to work in varied environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklift, reach truck, or order picker up to heights of 40 feet.
• Conduct daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements and maintain a clean work area.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment; assist offloading trailers.
