Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate II to prepare glass for distribution and support timely shipping to our field operations.

You will operate MHE equipment, perform daily warehousing tasks, and use RF scanners to manage inventory, all while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining an organized workspace. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and working in varied environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds to operate certain equipment.
• Experience with MHE equipment like forklift/order picker/reach truck.
• Able to work in varied environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; physical stamina and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) up to 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks: pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and pallet preparation for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand and other duties as assigned.
