Safelite's fulfillment center is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support fast-moving parts distribution. You will operate MHE, receive and ship inventory, and help maintain safety and accuracy to meet tight shipping timelines for our technician teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate MHE or order picker/reach truck safely.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
• Positive attitude with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (forklift, reach truck, or order picker) to move and stage goods.
• Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform general housekeeping.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
