Job summary

Pieper Veterinary in Middletown, CT is seeking a 2nd shift Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will greet clients and patients, manage appointments, support hospital operations, and collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to ensure smooth daily care for our clients and their pets.

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts, with holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and staff.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
