Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a 2nd Shift Value Stream Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. You will direct Shift Supervisors and drive safe, high-quality, on-time production within budget.

This role requires 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong process knowledge, and excellent communication. You will develop teams, coordinate with 1st shift and maintenance, and pursue cost-saving improvements and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations.
• Manage Shift Supervisors and develop next-level talent.
• Protect safety, quality, and on-time production within budget.
• Train and develop team members; build effective teams.
• Coordinate with 1st shift and maintenance for targets and upkeep.
• Drive cost control opportunities with leadership support.
• Monitor production data and KPIs; report with dashboards.
