Job summary

Dakota Bodies is seeking a 2nd Shift Value Stream Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations for the 2nd shift.

You will directly manage the 2nd shift Shift Supervisors, promote safe operations, ensure high quality, on-time production, and cost-conscious decisions.

This role collaborates with maintenance and leadership to drive continuous improvement and data reporting while developing talent.

• Ability to train and develop teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with 1st shift managers on production goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for routine activities.

• Drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage data collection and KPI reporting.
• Operate with transparency and earn trust at all levels.
