Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must have a minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Must have a minimum of one year experience teaching and training others.
• No relocation benefit is offered; within 50 miles of the work location preferred.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship or related CPT/OPT/STEM OPT programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and trainers to transition trainees to the plant floor.
• Evaluate new employees with 30, 60, and 90-day checks.
• Own tracking, documentation, and process for trainees and trainers.
• Develop and deliver approved training courses with various functions.
• Support trainees to ensure effectiveness through gated development.
• Foster Continuous Improvement Framework among trainees via ongoing education.
• Collect and analyze data from annual training needs assessments.
• Develop and deliver training projects based on site assessments.
• Support and deliver New Employee Orientation and training needs.
• Communicate across functions to ensure onboarding and training.
• Follow company policies and Eaton Culture Model; perform other duties.
