Job summary

The role leads hourly staff to meet customer demand while upholding lean processes, safety, and quality standards. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered, with weekly pay and shift premium of $2.50/hour for off-shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work 3pm–11pm shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly personnel to meet customer requirements and productivity goals.
• Maintain standard work and ensure lean production processes are followed.
• Coordinate training and resource alignment for shift start-up and handoffs.
• Update control boards accurately and communicate status to supervisor.
• Safely operate equipment including overhead cranes up to 25+ tons when required.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas and actions.
