Job summary

Custom Marine is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator for its Neenah, WI facility on 2nd shift. The role requires welding stainless steel, aluminum and other metals to a high-quality, visually appealing standard; read blueprints and work orders; fabricate, measure, cut, grind and assemble components; and follow QA procedures with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience TIG Welding Stainless Steel, Aluminum and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
• Follow QA procedures and maintain productivity with attention to detail.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components and parts.
• Measure, cut, grind and shape components using varied tools.
• Read and work from blueprints and work orders.
• Follow quality assurance procedures and maintain productivity.
