QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator in Neenah, WI to join our manufacturing team. The role involves TIG welding and fabricating metal components per blueprints and work instructions. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with TIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to pass welding test.
• Ability to read measuring devices (calipers, tape, etc).
• Experience in a job shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on metal components according to drawings and specs.
• Fabricate and assemble parts from blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings.
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Conduct visual weld inspections and verify weld quality.
• Perform and document quality checks per procedures.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify parts.
