Zaddy Solutions seeks a Custom Metal Fabricator & TIG Welder on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) at our West Bend/Jackson, WI facility. The role emphasizes high-precision TIG and MIG welding, strict blueprint literacy, and layout/fit-up for OEM parts in medical, packaging, and printing sectors.

We offer up to $28/hr based on experience, plus profit sharing payouts, a 90-day performance review with raises, and a 401(k) with a 3% match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years TIG and MIG welding depth.
• Strong blueprint literacy and weld symbol reading.
• Stable work history with multi-year tenures.
• US work authorization and local commute to West Bend/Jackson, WI.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and operate cranes/forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG and MIG welds on OEM parts.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and weld symbols.
• Set up welding machines and adjust parameters.
• Layout and fit-up of assemblies; material handling.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production.
