QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our Neenah, WI manufacturing team. The role involves TIG welding and fabrication of metal components according to blueprints, work orders, and quality standards.

The position operates on the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am) with wages ranging from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour. Ideal candidates will have experience with TIG welding, blueprint reading, weld symbols, quality inspection, measuring tools, and a job shop environment.

Formación

• Experience with TIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience in job shop manufacturing and quality inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Perform TIG welding on metal components according to drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble parts per blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings.
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Conduct visual weld inspections and verify weld quality.
• Perform and document quality checks per procedures.
• Use calipers, tape measures, squares, protractors, and inspection tools.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues as needed.

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Neenah, WI. This role is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience with TIG welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, weld symbols, quality inspection, measuring tools, and job shop manufacturing environments.

Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Fabricate and assemble parts using blueprints, work orders, and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct visual weld inspections and verify weld quality
• Perform and document quality checks in accordance with company procedures
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, tape measures, combination squares, protractors, and other inspection tools
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Complete all required production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues as neededine
