Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Team Lead (Fabrication) for the 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role leads fabrication personnel and coordinates production to meet commitments with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Core hours are 3:30 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Salary starts at $23.77/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential, with eligibility for a variable incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship not offered; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel and production activities of the fabrication process and operations.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing schedules to meet customer requirements and company commitments.
• Manage unit operations, schedules, and resources for efficiency and cost control.
• Enforce 5S+ in responsible areas and ensure safety protocols and proper PPE.
• Train new fabrication workers and provide ongoing coaching to achieve high standards.
• Identify improvements, perform root-cause analysis, and report production metrics.
