Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead in Clinton, MA to guide the warehouse team and ensure high-quality book fairs shipments to local schools. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a base pay of $21.00/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift premium for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and licensed to operate power equipment.
• Minimum 1 year power equipment operation experience.
• Forklift training completion required.
• Ability to demonstrate scanner proficiency with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Operate battery or gas-powered equipment to move product within the warehouse.
• Follow safety rules, OSHA policies, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete scanner tasks.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and seasonal inventory resets.
• Keep work area neat, safe, and compliant with company standards.
