Job summary

Scholastic Inc. is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Cherry Picker / Stand-up forklift operator in West Chester, OH. The role runs 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium for hours from 2:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and licensed to operate power equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of power equipment operation experience for non-internal promotions.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Operate battery-powered and/or gas-powered equipment to move products within the facility.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stacking/safe handling of merchandise.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Participate in physical inventory and loading/unloading as needed.
