Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to operate stand‑up forklifts, load/unload pallets, and prepare orders for shipping. The role requires safe forklift operation, accuracy in picking, and dependable teamwork on a 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule.

Pay starts at $20.28 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential, and the benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with growth opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus: Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
