Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Coldwater, Michigan. The role focuses on managing the warehouse team, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining shipping functions to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse, plus 2+ years shipping experience domestically and internationally via UPS, FedEx, ONTRAC, and truck freight. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of lead or supervisory work in a warehouse or inventory environment.
• 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, ONTRAC and truck freight.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining all order processing functions.
• Monitoring and maintaining all order audit functions.
• Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions.
• Monitoring and maintaining orders with pending issues.
• Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands.
• Process improvement of all activities.
• Researching and reconciling order discrepancies.
• Maintaining records for auditing process.
• Supervision and training of employees.
• Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff.
• Annual performance reviews.
• Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies.
