Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Coldwater, MI. The role supports daily manufacturing by receiving, storing, staging, and delivering materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include replenishing lines, assisting with counts, and coordinating with other teams to resolve shortages. Will operate forklifts and maintain clean, organized work areas on the production floor.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or Equivalent required.
• 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ years of inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain 5S and clean work areas.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material issues.
