Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to manage the shipping and receiving of finished goods, coordinate daily warehouse activities, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role includes hiring, training, performance management, and improving processes to meet customer commitments.

The position requires 3+ years of warehouse experience with supervisory duties, lean experience, and forklift certification. Strong ERP/MS Office skills and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience applying lean methodologies to warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities, ensure accuracy of orders and documentation.
• Oversee receipt of goods from production and packing of assemblies into finished goods.
• Drive inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions; adjust procedures to meet demand and schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations and model safety best practices.
