Qualifications

• 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred.
• 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all shipping functions.
• Schedule and supervise workforce to meet daily operational demands.
• Improve processes for all activities.
• Research and reconcile order discrepancies.
• Supervise and train employees.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies.
