Job summary

SPA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Milford, Ohio facility. This is a 2nd shift role (3:30pm–12am, Monday–Friday) responsible for all receiving, shipping and inventory control within the warehouse.

The supervisor will lead safety-first operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure processes and paperwork are completed with precision. The ideal candidate has warehouse or quality inspection experience, can operate a forklift or similar equipment, and is proficient with warehouse

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and ability to use powered equipment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs; team lifts as needed.
• Prior warehouse and/or quality inspection experience.
• Experience using computer/scanner/printers.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments and manage receiving, storage, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Maintain inventory records and accuracy using WMS and tracking systems.
• Tally items, complete OS&D forms, and communicate delays or safety issues to management.
• Label cartons/pallets and receive product into inventory; assist with put-away using forklift.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed; keep warehouse clean.
