Job summary

FOX Factory in Coldwater, Michigan is seeking a Production Material Handler on the 2nd shift to support daily manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, staging and delivering raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, maintains clean and organized work areas, and follows all safety and quality procedures.

The position requires forklift experience (certification preferred) and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other industrial equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Replenish production lines to prevent downtime and keep workflows efficient.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to support accuracy and compliance.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE use, equipment operation, and hazard reporting.
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized to support 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material issues or shortages.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
