Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our 2nd shift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. You will help ensure accurate, on-time inbound and outbound shipments while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production.

You will manage dock scheduling, verify documents, and train forklift operators on OPmobility processes, contributing to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related post-secondary education is a plus.
• At least 2 years in materials, warehouse, or logistics.
• Experience supervising teams of 10+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transporters to ensure on-time, accurate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Review purchase orders, shipping documents, bills, invoices, and PORs for accuracy.
• Maintain dock scheduling and ensure materials are received and shipped on time.
• Receive goods, verify accuracy (ASN, serial labels), and coordinate with Quality for inspections.
• Support warehouse processes and 5S standards; help improve supply chain efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with employee scheduling, rotation plans, and hours/OT tracking.
